Your information / Website enquiry notice

Your enquiry, handled with care.

This notice explains how the website handles the details you choose to send when asking Dynamic about a project or an existing installation.

01

What you provide.

An enquiry asks for your name, email address, phone number, project location and type of project. You may also share timing, budget and details about your household, cooking habits, storage and preferences. Please provide only information that is relevant to the enquiry.

02

How the enquiry is used.

Submitted details are stored privately in the website’s enquiry system so the authorised team can review and respond. Where email notifications are enabled, enquiry information is sent to the configured business mailbox. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list.

03

Campaign information and spam prevention.

If the page address contains campaign labels, those labels may be saved with the enquiry to help identify its source. The form uses validation and a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. These measures do not create a customer account.

04

Access, retention and your questions.

Access to stored enquiries is restricted to authorised website administrators. Enquiry details should be kept only for as long as required to handle the request and any subsequent agreed work. Contact sales@dynamic.in to ask about your information, request a correction or raise a deletion request.

05

Other services.

Links to maps and other websites take you to services with their own privacy terms. This website does not include advertising pixels, an embedded map or automatic marketing subscriptions. If additional tracking or integrations are introduced, this notice will be updated.
