Aftercare / Help with the details

The conversation continues.

A door that needs attention. A fitting you want to identify. A question about care. Start with the details of the issue so the right next step can be discussed.

01

Tell us what has changed.

Include your contact details, the installation address, an approximate purchase date and a description of the problem. Photographs and any product labels are useful. If you have the quotation, invoice or warranty document, keep it available for the team.

02

Find the right support route.

Different parts of a kitchen can have different warranty providers and service arrangements. The team will need to identify the product and the nature of the issue before confirming the available route, any visit and any charges.

03

Replacement is a compatibility question.

An existing hinge, runner or closure needs to be identified before a replacement can be recommended. Availability, dimensions and compatibility matter. An enquiry starts an assessment; it does not mean that every existing or third-party product can be repaired.

04

Keep the useful paperwork.

Store your final specification, invoices, product references and care information together. Follow the care guidance supplied for the particular finish, worktop and fittings in your home. If you are unsure about a cleaner or adjustment, ask before trying it.

A little clarity

Before we begin.

Is every service visit covered by warranty?

No assumption should be made. Coverage depends on the product, its terms and the cause of the issue. Ask the team to confirm whether any assessment, parts or labour are chargeable.

Can you help with an older kitchen or wardrobe?

Send the available details. The team can advise whether the item can be assessed and what information is needed to check the options.

How quickly will someone respond?

Contact the showroom to discuss the issue and the next available step. A specific response or attendance time should be agreed for your enquiry.

Make it yours.

Tell us about the room, the way you use it and what you would like to change.
