Planning & installation / Make the next step clear
From the first question to the fitted room.
A good result depends on the decisions between the first idea and the final fitting. Here is a practical way to approach the project with Dynamic.
01
01 / Understand the household.
Start with the room, the people using it and the work it needs to do. The consultation explores cooking habits, storage, timing and priorities, so the discussion has a useful starting point.
02
02 / Develop the plan.
Review the layout against measurements and the constraints of the site. Bring retained-appliance details into the conversation early. The aim is a practical arrangement before the finish and fitting decisions are finalised.
03
03 / Agree the specification.
Read the proposal as a whole. Confirm materials, finishes, hardware, product dimensions and the work included. Ask for exclusions, dependencies and any separate contractor responsibilities to be written down.
04
04 / Prepare, install and review.
Agree site-readiness requirements before installation is arranged. At the end, review the work against the agreed scope, collect the relevant product and care information, and confirm the route for any follow-up questions.
A little clarity
Before we begin.
Are the initial visit and drawings free?
Ask the team to confirm whether the initial site visit and design presentation are included without charge for your project. Eligibility, travel arrangements and the scope should be agreed before booking.
Do you carry out all civil and electrical work?
Responsibilities depend on the project. Discuss any removal, plumbing, electrical or civil work and make sure the quotation identifies who is providing each part.
Can I arrange the project while living elsewhere?
Tell us where the property is and who can provide access. The team can discuss how communication, measurements and local coordination would work for that project.
Make it yours.
Tell us about the room, the way you use it and what you would like to change.
